Successfully complete the training and homework.
Become ordained by Celebrating Life Ministries.
Complete and submit the application for registration to our
central office.
Submit the required agreement form.
Pay the annual membership fee.
The reference form must be completed prior to paperwork being
submitted.
A current Police Check will be required before paperwork is
submitted. Note: We do not require the vulnerable sector check
and one police check covers all courses.
